Antoniosi Tecnologia Agroindustrial, one of the leading manufacturers of implements for the agricultural sector, is presenting its new line of agricultural discs.

Antoniosi agricultural discs are made from micro-alloyed boron steel, supplied by the main steel mills in Brazil, and undergo rigorous quality control from the moment the raw material arrives. To guarantee the durability and quality of its discs, Antoniosi carries out chemical and metallographic analyses and physical checks.

During the production process, strict controls are carried out in accordance with technical standards, as well as permanent control of heat treatment during the process. The company uses a modern and innovative process for cutting blanks with laser machines and a sharpening process with CNC machines to increase its production efficiency.

With two production lines, one for concave discs (smooth and cut) and the other dedicated to flat discs (smooth, grooved and corrugated), Antoniosi offers high production capacity and unique quality for the agricultural disc market. In addition, the company uses a differentiated finishing process with shot blasting and powder coating.
