AVL 35000HP – Localized Vinasse Applicator

The AVL 35000 HP is a localized vinasse applicator developed to meet the demands of agribusiness with high performance, robustness and cutting-edge technology. Designed especially for large-scale operations, the equipment delivers precision in application and maximum efficiency in the field, optimizing resources and working time. With a large capacity tank – 35,000 liters for vinasse and 1,200 liters for insecticide – the AVL 35000 HP significantly reduces the need for constant refueling, increasing the productivity of the operation.

Its structure allows front and rear refueling, providing greater flexibility in positioning and handling. Application is carried out using 8 lines spaced 1.5 meters apart, and has 16 strategically distributed nozzles, ensuring uniform and precise coverage. The gauge is adjustable in three sizes (2400, 2800 or 3000 mm), allowing it to be adapted to different crops and planting spacings. The quad-arm suspension provides greater stability and durability, even on uneven terrain, while the 600/22.5 tires offer greater traction and resistance.

The hitch is made using a ball-pin system, offering safety and practicality when connecting to the tractor. Despite its robust size, the AVL 35000 HP was designed to be easy to transport, with an adjustable width and total height of 4690 mm, a length of 12,430 mm and a total width of 4230 mm – features that make it safer to move and compatible with agricultural logistics requirements. Its approximate weight is 12,700 kg (in the version with the fiber tank), and the required power varies between 220 and 240 hp.
